What parking choices are available near the Clare Drake Arena?

Ample parking is available around Clare Drake Arena. The closest parking lot is Stadium Carpark northwest of the venue (on 89th Ave between 115th & 116th Streets). Education Car Park is located to the east (on 114th st & 87 Ave) and Jubilee Car Park is to the southeast (on 87 Ave between 114th & 115th St). UAlberta has daily and houly parking options for visitors to campus. Evening rates from 6:00pm to 6:00am and on the weekends is $5.50 (Jubilee is $6.00). UAlberta provides designated accessible parking on sute and there is elevator access from our car parks. There are more than 5000 parking stalls on main University campus that are within a 10 minute walk from Clare Drake Arena.

Is there seating available for individuals with accessibility needs in Clare Drake Arena?

Accessible seating is available. The attendant seats are located beside the barrier free position. If an attendant is not required then a single wheelchair seat can be purchased. Tickets are required for both the barrier free guest and attendant. For any concerns, please ask to speak with an Event Supervisor at the main entrance. Please note: there are no accessible washrooms in Clare Drake Arena. Accessible washrooms are located in the building (Van Vliet Complex) directly East of Clare Drake Arena on both level 1 & 2. Accessible washrooms can also be found in the Students’ Union Building located directly North of Clare Drake Arena on the main floor.
